When It's Cold Outside...

Brrrr!!! Winter is really here in the DMV! We featured our delicious Corn Chowder in the beginning of Fall, but would like to offer you a great tip for preparing chowder for these long and cold nights.

TIP for Chowder: As a thickening agent, sprinkle in instant potatoes to broth....followed by heavy cream (in place of making a rue)! Resulting in the Perfect consistency to your chowder. Bon appetit!
